Sole Designated Supplier Agreement for the North American Market
On May 17, 2013, URCHEM and a U.S. customer signed a sole designated supplier agreement for the North American market at URCHEM’s Shanghai office. The agreement covers aminoguanidine bicarbonate.
As the cooperation progresses, URCHEM will coordinate production arrangements in line with the customer’s purchasing requirements, confirm product specifications, exchange quality documentation and align packaging requirements to keep production and supply activities well coordinated.
The company will develop delivery plans based on order requirements and project progress, coordinate delivery milestones and related supply arrangements, and maintain timely communication with the U.S. customer to advance the two parties’ aminoguanidine bicarbonate supply partnership in North America.
